3. Subscription and Credits

Each subscription provides credits for generating photos on our platform. Important points:

• Credits represent the number of photos you can generate
• Unused credits do not carry over to the next period
• No refunds for unused credits
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

4. Rules and Conduct

By using PortraitLabs.ai, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The service is intended solely for creating AI models of yourself or individuals for whom you have obtained explicit written consent
• You are over 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) and are not a politically exposed person
• If creating models of others, you have their explicit written consent and confirm they are over 18 years old and not politically exposed persons
• You will not upload, generate, or share any content depicting minors (under 18)
• We reserve the right to monitor and review any uploaded content
• We will report any instances of potential child exploitation to law enforcement

5. Prohibited Uses

You shall not use PortraitLabs.ai to:
